When to use this form

Use this form to update your billing address - postal or email.

What you will need to complete your billing address update:

  • Valid email address - authentication will be required.
  • Name of at least one of the land holders on the ownership.

Plus one of the following pieces of information:

  • Ownership Number of Property.
  • Assessment Number of Property.
  • Parcel address of Ownership.

Where to find the above information:

  • A copy of your Land Tax or Emergency Services Levy bill.
  • Assessment Number is the Account Number on a SA Water bill.
